このプライバシーポリシーは、開発者fxwill（以下「当開発者」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「シンプル月齢ウィジェットPlus」（以下「本アプリ」）において利用者に関する情報の取扱いを定めたものです。 利用者は本アプリを使用することにより、このプライバシーポリシーに同意するものとします。

本アプリには、月の出入り時間を算出するために位置情報(緯度経度)を入力する設定がありますが、データは端末内に保存し外部に送信することはありません。
本アプリへのサポート・お問い合わせの際に取得した利用者の氏名やメールアドレスなどの個人情報は、サポート・お問い合わせの対応の目的で利用します。また、利用者の許可なく第三者へ開示・共有する事はありません。

利用者は、本アプリを利用した事によって何かしらの損害を被った場合でも、当開発者は責任を負いません。 また、本アプリからリンクされた、本アプリ以外のアプリ、Webサイトの内容やサービスに関して、このプライバシーポリシーは適用されません。

This privacy policy specifies the handling of information on users in the smartphone application "Simple Moon Phase Widget Plus" ("the App") provided by developer fxwill ("we", "us" and "our"). By using our the App, you consent to this privacy policy.

In the App, there is a setting to input location information(Latitude and Longitude) to calculate the Moonrise / Moonset time, but the data is saved in the device and is not sent to the outside.
Personal information such as the name and e-mail address of the user acquired at the time of support / inquiries to the App is used for correspondence of support / inquiries. Also we will not disclose / share to third parties without user's permission.

Even if you suffer some damage by using the App, we will not be held responsible. In addition, this Privacy policy does not apply to the content / service of the app or website linked from the App.
